<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nAccording to the National Standards, Metrology and Quality Committee (Ministry of Science and Technology), the issuance of this list of TCVN and QCVN is based on the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations of 2006 and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations of 2025, which takes effect from January 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This represents an important implementation step to improve the institutional framework and establish a unified technical foundation for the construction, development, and operation of the national digital infrastructure, meeting the requirements of digital transformation and international integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The list comprises 125 National Standards (TCVN) and 128 National Technical Regulations (QCVN), covering many key areas of digital infrastructure. These include telecommunications infrastructure, the internet, transmission networks, radio equipment, broadband mobile networks, data centers, IoT infrastructure, as well as requirements for electrical safety, information security, electromagnetic compatibility, and efficient use of radio frequency resources. The standards and technical regulations are updated to keep pace with the rapid development of science, technology, and new digital business models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ministry of Science and Technology emphasizes that, in addition to applying the issued TCVN and QCVN, agencies, organizations, and enterprises are permitted to directly apply international standards, regional standards, and foreign standards in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This approach aims to facilitate enterprises\u2014particularly those in the private sector\u2014in proactively accessing advanced standards, shortening project implementation timelines, reducing compliance costs, and enhancing competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, digital infrastructure is a critical foundation of the digital economy, digital society, and digital government. A comprehensive, consistent system of standards and technical regulations aligned with international practices will create a transparent, stable, and predictable environment, thereby encouraging innovation, attracting social resources, and promoting stronger participation by the private sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ministry of Science and Technology calls on ministries, sectors, localities, organizations, and enterprises to study and effectively apply the list of TCVN and QCVN for the national digital infrastructure in accordance with their functions, mandates, and practical conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The issuance and implementation of this list of standards and technical regulations for national digital infrastructure further affirm the role of the Ministry of Science and Technology in standardization, contributing to the realization of major objectives in national digital transformation, private sector development, and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy in the coming period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
