Nowadays, when the digital economy and artificial intelligence become inevitable development trends, data infrastructure plays a core role in enhancing national competitiveness. Realizing that, DCH Group<\/strong> - a technology enterprise founded by Vietnamese in Hong Kong - has announced its investment and construction plan of Digital HUB<\/strong> in Ba Ria - Vung Tau<\/strong>, with the goal of forming a super-scale data center, meeting leading international standards.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disaster prevention and recovery<\/strong>, ensuring data security in all emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCALE OF INVESTMENT INFRASTRUCTURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Total investment capital<\/strong>: 32,000 \u2013 35,000 billion VND (~1.2 billion USD)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total design capacity<\/strong>: 100MW, equivalent to 6,000 rack cabinets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Land size<\/strong>: 100ha<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementation period<\/strong>: 2025 \u2013 2028 (construction), 2028 \u2013 2050 (50-year operation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The center is built according to TIA-942-C Rated 4<\/strong> standards, which is the highest level in the field of data centers in Vietnam today. This is also the standard applied in large data centers around the world.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MODERN TECHNOLOGY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Digital HUB applies a series of advanced technology solutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liquid cooling (Direct-to-Chip)<\/strong>, cold storage system (Ice Tank)<\/strong> help increase performance and reduce power consumption.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Microgrid<\/strong> systems combine renewable energy<\/strong> to meet up to 70% of electricity demand, aiming for Net Zero<\/strong> after 2030.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE)<\/strong> is <1.3 \u2013 among the most energy-efficient centers in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-layer security<\/strong>, 24\/7 continuous operation according to international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Digital HUB ecosystem includes: technical operation areas, AI research areas, administrative areas, resort - sports - green parks, conference centers and especially the area integrating international transmission connections via 3 submarine optical cable lines and 2 North - South backbone cable lines<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
