National digital transformation has many opportunities and challenges, specifically as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opportunities:<\/strong> National digital transformation helps to take advantage of advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, internet of things, etc. to improve the quality, efficiency and accessibility of public services, enhance communication and cooperation between state agencies and people. National digital transformation also helps to create new products, services and economic models, in line with the needs and trends of the global market. National digital transformation also helps to improve people's knowledge, skills and awareness in a learning society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge<\/strong>: National digital transformation requires major changes in the awareness, behavior and culture of individuals and organizations in applying digital technology. National digital transformation also faces difficulties in infrastructure, network security, information security and privacy protection. National digital transformation also faces fierce competition from other countries in the region and the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Decision 505\/QD-TTg year 2022<\/a>, the annual national digital transformation day will be October 10 every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the goal of National Digital Transformation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Decision 749\/QD-TTg in 2020, the goal of National Digital Transformation is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goals of the National Digital Transformation Program by 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The target<\/strong> in this period is 80% of online public services at level 4. Services are provided on various media, including mobile devices. 90% of provincial-level work records, 80% of district-level records, and 60% of commune-level records are processed on the internet. Except for work records that are state secrets. 100% of reporting, periodic reporting, and statistical regimes under the Government's management are connected, integrated, and shared on the Government Reporting Information System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

100% of national databases including databases on population, land, finance, insurance, and businesses participate in creating a foundation for e-Government development. These databases are completed, connected, and shared nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rate of electronic payments among the population is over 50%. Our country is also among the top 40 countries in terms of network safety and security index (GCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

National digital transformation goals by 2030<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
