Ho Chi Minh City, January 2026 – In accordance with the invitation and guidance of the competent authority under the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, DCH participated in a working session with relevant municipal departments and agencies to continue discussions on matters related to the Digital Hub Data Center Project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The working session was organized within an inter-agency coordination framework, with the participation of representatives from relevant departments and agencies of Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting aimed to review, discuss, and clarify key issues related to planning, development orientation, legal frameworks, and professional requirements for the Digital Hub Data Center Project proposed by DCH.
At the meeting, DCH representatives presented an overview of the project’s objectives, scale, and development orientation, emphasizing the strategic role of data centers in building critical digital infrastructure to support digital transformation, the digital economy, digital government, and smart city development in Ho Chi Minh City. The project is oriented toward international standards, meeting stringent requirements for information security, cybersecurity, scalability, and sustainable development.
Representatives of Ho Chi Minh City’s departments and agencies provided feedback and exchanged views on the project’s alignment with the City’s infrastructure and digital infrastructure planning, legal and procedural requirements, technical standards, as well as its potential for data connectivity, sharing, and utilization in support of state management and socio-economic development. The discussions were conducted in a constructive spirit, reflecting coordination and partnership between public authorities and the enterprise in the process of project refinement.
Based on the discussions, the parties agreed to continue close coordination in the coming period, enabling DCH to further complete and supplement the project documentation in accordance with guidance from state management authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and alignment with Ho Chi Minh City’s overall development orientation.
The organization of this working session pursuant to the official invitation of Ho Chi Minh City authorities demonstrates the City’s strong interest in key digital infrastructure projects, while also reaffirming DCH’s proactive, professional, and responsible approach in advancing the Digital Hub Data Center Project.
