In a move that underscores its commitment to expanding investments in green energy and digital infrastructure, Acme International Holdings Limited (ACME) – listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 1870.HK – officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DCH Technology Group Joint Stock Company (DCH Group) on October 28, 2025. This event marks a new milestone in the partnership between the two companies, following the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed a year earlier, aimed at developing a solar power system to support the Digital Hub Data Center Project in Vietnam.

Under the terms of the agreement, Blooming Power Limited (BPL) – a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME – will invest 100% of the total cost to construct both ground-mounted and rooftop solar power systems with a total expected capacity ranging from 70MW to 100MW. The project will not only provide a stable renewable energy supply, but also integrate computing resources dedicated to powering the Digital Hub — a state-of-the-art data center being developed by DCH Group in Vietnam.
For its part, DCH Group has committed to purchasing all electricity generated by the project over a 20-year period from the commercial operation date. This agreement reflects DCH’s long-term vision of integrating clean energy infrastructure with digital infrastructure, paving the way toward an environmentally friendly and sustainable data center model that aligns with international standards.
According to ACME’s statement, the signing of this MOA not only demonstrates the strategic and enduring partnership between the two corporations, but also highlights ACME’s long-term commitment to developing renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia. The combination of ACME’s expertise in energy and technology with DCH’s pioneering role in Vietnam’s digital infrastructure development is seen as a major breakthrough, contributing to the nation’s green transition and sustainable growth.
ACME’s management emphasized that the project is part of the group’s global strategy to support artificial intelligence (AI) applications and next-generation technologies by ensuring a stable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible energy source. The collaboration with DCH enables ACME to expand into the energy supply segment for AI data centers, a market expected to experience significant growth in the coming decade.
For DCH Group, this solar power project serves as a cornerstone in realizing its ambition to build Digital Hub — a large-scale, high-performance computing and data center complex in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam. By utilizing 100% renewable energy, DCH aims to establish the first “green” data center model in the country, ensuring sustainable operation, energy efficiency, and compliance with international ESG standards.

Following the announcement, ACME International Holdings’ stock (1870.HK) reacted positively on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On October 28, the share price closed at HK$0.485, up 1.04%; on November 3, it reached HK$0.445 (+2.3%); and by November 5, it rose further to HK$0.490, an increase of 1.03% compared to the previous session. These movements reflect investor confidence in the potential of this collaboration within the green energy and AI infrastructure sectors.
Although the MOA currently serves as a non-binding framework, it represents an essential step for both parties to finalize the investment structure, implementation plan, and definitive agreements in the next phase. According to ACME, the two companies will continue negotiations toward signing a formal cooperation agreement, expected to be completed before the Digital Hub enters commercial operation at the end of 2026.
Amid the global shift toward green digital infrastructure, the integration of renewable energy and AI-driven data centers is considered an inevitable trend. The partnership between ACME International Holdings and DCH Group carries not only economic significance but also reaffirms their commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping position Vietnam as an emerging hub for high-tech and sustainable investments in the region.
With a shared vision of “Greening Energy – Digitizing the Future,” ACME and DCH are forging a new model of collaboration — where clean energy and artificial intelligence converge to create the next generation of intelligent, sustainable, and efficient digital infrastructure for the global economy.
