Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra in collaboration with FIVE FOUR LIVE presents a special art event: A performance of the Disney classic film – “Beauty and the Beast” with the original soundtrack performed by the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra.
The event not only recreates the fairy tale, but is also a top musical experience, with the entire work of renowned composer Alan Menken performed live alongside the film.
The Disney classic “Beauty and the Beast” will take place at 7pm on Saturday, April 13, 2024 and 2pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Hoa Binh Theater, Ho Chi Minh City.
Conducted by Thanapol Setabrahmana, the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra, along with guest artists from the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, will bring the audience an impressive evening. The multiple Oscar®-winning soundtrack of “Beauty and the Beast” will be performed vividly through every note, accompanied by vivid images on the screen, promising to be an unforgettable artistic experience.
The film tells the journey of Belle – a smart, independent girl and the Beast – who is rescued by true love. The perfect combination of music and cinema will take the audience from one surprise to another, thereby contributing to enriching the artistic atmosphere in Vietnam.
