DCH TELECOM is deploying a network system with the aim of providing high-quality telecommunications services to customers. Specifically, the company will build and own domestic internal transmission lines, using fiber optic cables to connect directly to customers. These cable lines will ensure the provision of important services such as leased lines and Internet connection services. These services aim to meet customers' increasing demand for transmission speed and network stability, especially in the context of strong technological development and increasing data transmission requirements.
DOMESTIC INTERNET CONNECTION

To ensure a comprehensive and effective solution, DCH TELECOM will establish a connection with the VNNIC system (Vietnam Internet Network Information Center). This connection will help the company to transfer domestic Internet traffic at speeds of up to 100Gbps, creating a strong foundation to serve customers with high and stable service quality. The connection with VNNIC plays an important role in supporting the management and coordination of data in the national network system, helping Internet access and online services to take place smoothly and without interruption.

In addition, DCH TELECOM's system will also establish connections with at least three major network operators in Vietnam, including telecommunications service providers such as VIETTEL, VNPT, FPT, CMC and MOBIFONE. These connections will be made via white optical cable channels with a capacity of 40Gbps for each network operator. The use of white optical channels helps optimize data transmission between network operators without having to go through public networks, thereby ensuring high speed, minimizing latency and enhancing the stability of telecommunications services.

To optimize routing and traffic management between carriers and DCH TELECOM's network, the company will use the E-BGP (External Border Gateway Protocol). This protocol enables intelligent, flexible and efficient routing between networks, helping to optimally direct Internet traffic, while ensuring continuous and uninterrupted connectivity between carriers and DCH TELECOM's network system.
In addition, for inter-provincial transmission lines in its system, DCH TELECOM will apply DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology. This is an advanced technology that enhances the ability to transmit data with very high bandwidth, from 40Gbps to 100Gbps. DWDM technology allows simultaneous transmission of multiple signals on the same optical cable without causing interference, helping to optimize the use of network resources, minimize costs and improve the operational efficiency of the entire network system.
INTERNATIONAL INTERNET CONNECTION
Regarding international Internet connection, DCH TELECOM Company plans to rent connection ports and connect international Internet to Hong Kong at the starting points of the land and sea fiber optic cable lines.

Land cable: DCH TELECOM Company plans to lease fiber optic cable from VTI (domestic) and China Unicom (land fiber optic cable in China).
Submarine optical cable: DCH TELECOM Company is expected to have a connection to the international POP system of FPT network. FPT is currently a member of the AAG (Asia America Gateway) submarine optical cable alliance, so it will have many advantages in international Internet transmission.
In the first year, DCH TELECOM will hire China Unicom, an Internet provider, to purchase a 10Gbps international Internet channel connection port. In the following years, depending on the actual situation and system needs, DCH TELECOM will consider upgrading the connection port to 30Gbps.
DCH TELECOM Company commits to comply with the planning of passive telecommunications infrastructure to ensure the sustainable and effective development and exploitation of telecommunications infrastructure, improve service quality, network safety, and at the same time meet the requirements of environmental landscape protection, especially in urban areas in accordance with Circular 14/2013/TT-BTTTT dated June 21, 2013 of the Minister of Information and Communications.
DCH TELECOM commits to comply with the provisions of Circular No. 15/2021/TT-BTTTT dated October 29, 2021 and Circular No. 07/2015/TT-BTTTT dated March 24, 2015 when signing telecommunications connection contracts with telecommunications enterprises as well as customers who are organizations and individuals when they have a need to use.
